– One whole wheat bagel
– 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
– 1 medium banana, sliced
– 4 sliced strawberries

Simply spread the peanut butter on your bagel, and then line it with the slices of banana and strawberry. You can eat this with your favorite breakfast beverage.

The first two recipes will help you in reducing your tummy because they contain strawberries. Strawberries have a phytochemical that increases the production of the hormone known as leptin. – 4 eggs
– 2 English muffins (whole grain, split and toasted)

To prepare, heat the oil in a skillet and cook the spinach until wilted.
