There are some exceptions though. You can replace meat with lentils or some veggies with one another.

Spices, lemon juice, mustard, cooking spray, black coffee, water, tea, no-calorie sweeteners are allowed. The whole process lasts 3 days only. Now is needed to remove fat altogether and optimize metabolism. For repeating this, pause for 4 days.

Day 1

½ grapefruit, slice toast, cup tea or coffee, 2 tbsp PB is breakfast. For lunch get ½ tuna, cup tea or coffee and toast. Dinner is 3 oz meat, cup green beans, ½ banana, cup ice cream and an apple.

Day 2

Get an egg, ½ banana, slice toast. Lunch is boiled egg, cup cottage cheese, and 5 crackers. Dinner is 2 hotdogs no buns, ½ cup carrots, cup broccoli, ½ banana and ½ cup vanilla ice cream.

Day 3

Breakfast is slice cheddar, 5 crackers, and apple. Lunch is boiled egg and toast. Dinner is cup tuna, ½ banana, and cup ice cream.

Also for better results, have workouts. Try adequate for you. If you are overweight try walking. If you already workout, try also jump rope, running, swimming and more. Try even treadmill.
